How to verify which email address is associated with my Live Objects account?

1) Log in to your account using your username and password.

2) Then, access your profile from the user menu located on the right side of the header:

3) Your account email address is displayed in the “User Information” section:

How to update the email address associated with my Live Objects account?

1) Log in to your account using your username and password.

2) Then, access your profile from the user menu on the right side of the header:

3) Click on Edit. Update your email address and click the Save button:

Please note that the change will only take effect after the next step is completed.

4) Check your new email inbox for a message titled “Confirm your new email address“ (see below). Click the confirmation link within the email and verify that the confirmation screen appears.

5) You will receive a final email confirming that your email address has been successfully updated.
